Refund Policy

We want you to be confident buying from TechDevs. This policy explains when refunds apply.

Software purchases

  • Before payment, we confirm your requirements and, where possible, give you a demo — so you know exactly what you are buying.
  • If the software does not work as described and we cannot fix the problem within 14 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Refunds are not available for change of mind after delivery, since software cannot be "returned".

Software rentals

  • You can cancel a rental at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
  • If a fault on our side keeps rented software unavailable for more than 3 consecutive days, we extend your rental or refund the affected period — your choice.
  • On cancellation we export your data for you in a standard format on request.

Custom development

Custom projects are quoted and agreed individually, including milestones and payment terms. Deposit and refund terms are stated in each project agreement before work begins.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order details and a description of the problem. We respond within 2 working days, and approved refunds are paid using the same method you paid with.
