Software purchases

When you buy software from us, you receive a licence to use it for your business or personal purposes. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, you may not resell, redistribute or sub-license our software. Full details, including delivery and setup, are confirmed with you before payment.

Software rentals

Rented software remains our property and may be used only while your rental payments are up to date. Rentals include support and updates while active. If a rental lapses, access may be suspended after reasonable notice. Your data remains yours: on request we will export your data in a standard format when a rental ends.

Free tools

Our free tools are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Tool progress is stored in your own browser and may be lost if you clear your browser data.

Content and intellectual property

All content on the Site — articles, images, software and branding — belongs to TechDevs unless stated otherwise. You may share links to our content freely. You may not republish our articles or redistribute our software without written permission.

Blog content and advice

Articles on the Site are provided for general information. While we test what we publish, we cannot guarantee results in your specific situation, and nothing on the Site constitutes professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechDevs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site, our tools or our software. Our total liability in connection with any product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
